International Coaching Week May 2022: Coaching Work - 19 May
Coaching is a facilitated, dialogic, reflective learning process that involves structured, focused interaction and appropriate strategies, tools and techniques to promote desirable and sustainable change for the client's benefit.

The coaching process begins with the clients sharing their dilemmas that provide grounds for coaching and ends with a resolution by integrating or applying the new learning. And in between is a complex process of reflection augmented by critical reflective thinking understanding the client's experience and facilitating the transfer of understanding back into their experience. The entire discourse is reflective suggests that the cognitive mind alone is incapable of solving the problem of sorting out the confusion.

CMA is proud to host a series of learning webinars featuring "Coaching Works" in conjunction with the International Coaching Week.

The various speakers will highlight the reflective learning aspect of coaching that makes it work and how it creates a lasting change beyond the coaching session. You can expect to walk away with knowledge and practical tips to help you make your coaching work and deliver impactful results for your coaching clients.
