Perception and its influence on our Healthy Intentions
With ‘lockdowns’ and ‘restrictions’ becoming a worldwide norm during this current pandemic, this presents a challenge for those who want to fulfil their genuine intentions for a fitter and healthier version of themselves. During times like these, an excuse can easily be justified. However, whenever we’re faced with adversity, there is always an opportunity available. What holds us back from taking active steps may not be the environment or conditions, but rather what’s in our control, our perception.

Most of us know what we need to do, but the action isn’t there. So, what’s happening?

In this webinar, Evan Spargo will be examining how perception plays a role in the way we view, relate and approach our intentions to become healthier, fitter and improve our vitality. With the application of the Transformative Coaching framework in Wellness Coaching, you will uncover what may be unconsciously impacting our ability to fulfil our intentions and create a learning approach to empower more aligned action.

(1) Gain an understanding of the impact our perception can have on our healthy intentions
(2) Discover what may be unconsciously holding us back from committing and taking action on our goals, and helping clients uncover what may support these
(3) Learn how to incorporate the Transformative Coaching Framework within Wellness coaching and with Wellness clients to create positive and healthy sustainable change
